ADCEL FORMULA is a product with high foaming power, specifically designed to produce lightweight cellular concrete. ADCEL FORMULA is also a mixture stabilizer in the preparation of Lightweight concrete with expanded polystyrene beads.
ADCEL FORMULA, mixed with water and air, in a state of “turbulence”, by means of a machine (foam generator), produces a white foam, thick and creamy, perfectly miscible with the most common cement binders.
The foam produced with ADCEL FORMULA correctly mixed with cement slurry or with sand – cement mortar, allows the preparation of a material, called Lightweight Cellular Concrete, in which tiny and innumerable air bubbles are evenly distributed.
By varying the ratio between foam, cement and sand, it is possible to obtain, in relation to the project specifications, a lightweight cellular concrete of specific gravity varying between 300 kg/m3 and 1,800 kg/m3.
APPLICATIONS
They mainly refer to lightweight cellular cement of specific gravity 400 kg/m3 to apply:
- Insulating screeds for sloped flat roofs
- Insulating screeds for the floor substrate
- Filling material for road reinstatement or for any other cavity .
